Brad Ruminer, Dennis Booth and Glenn O’Bannon form the new TimeFly development studio. They’ll develop both original creations and licensed IPs, their own stuff has already met approval from Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo.
Not a bad start for a fresh studio with over 30 years of experience already in-house.
”It’s important for today’s games to look and sound amazing, but looks alone aren’t enough,” said Booth, TimeFly’s president. ”Our games will focus on gameplay first, to be supported and enhanced by spectacular visuals and audio.”
With news of Stormfronts closure, at least there’s word of new guys on the block, so-to-speak.
”We have industry-standard pay and benefits plus some perks right now that very few small companies can provide,” said O’Bannon, TimeFly’s vice president.
“And one of our founding principles is to maintain a fun family atmosphere no matter how big we get. We want people to have a blast working here!”
Let’s hope the new TimeFly can keep the publisher greenlight, I can’t wait to hear what they’ve got cookin’…
