According to Giant Bombs latest podcast the veteran Tony Hawk developer will sit out on future games in the franchise.
Instead ex-EA Chicago-ites who make up the Robomodo team from Illinois is earmarked to grab their board and get to the grind. Activision did say they wanted to shake things up.
Robomodo’s website confirms they are looking for new designer cronies to work on an Activision project.
The publisher said they wanted to inject some new life into the Tony Hawk’s skate games, especially now that main rival EA has so successfully launched their own property in the genre. Neversoft have put at least seven titles into the Tony Hawk skating series, no word from Activision yet.
