While Koei have released the expansion to Samurai Warriors 2 in disc form for the PS2, the online distribution through the Xbox LIVE marketplace has been delayed due to ”operational delays with Xbox Live.”
The expansion will still be launched for the console but at a later, unannounced date. The download costs 2400 Microsoft points.
The European PS2 launch date is around March 28, it’s possible they could have it up and running by around then but there’s been no word. A little embarrassing for Microsoft whose executives have been tooting their horn on the Xbox360’s leading ability to deliver digital distributions.
