Bioware say Mass Effect 4 is "somewhere in the middle"

Bioware Montreal studio director Yanick Roy has revealed on Twitter that Mass Effect 4 is somewhere near the middle of its development cycle.

Responding to a fan question, Roy posted the following tweet.

@Jackmayall5757 Too late for one, too early for the other... So I guess we're somewhere in the middle? :-)

There’s been plenty of speculation about exactly what form the next game in the series, with Bioware making great pains to state that it won’t be about ”Shepard 2” in this interview with VG247. Some believe it’s going to be a prequel, some a sequel. Hopefully we’ll find out soon.
