I’d almost forgotten that Obsidian Entertainment and My.com are teaming up for a massively multiplayer tank combat game. You just associate them with RPGs, don’t you?
Anyway, this is the latest gameplay trailer for Armored Warfare, the CryEngine-powered tank battler in question.
With expansive environments, nice weather effects and destructible levels it kind of looks like controlling a tank in a game of Battlefield. On release Armored Warfare will offer players various co-op campaigns and team multiplayer matches, alongside vehicle and crew upgrades and customisation.
Still no information about a release date, but you can sign up for the beta on the game’s official website.
