This mod brings about a wonderful change set to broaden the pool of items you might see at any given trader or chest find. Essentially, it reduces the level restriction of most gear and items in the game. That means the loot generation system has a chance of supplying you with items and gear found much later in the game. Even end game gear has a chance of showing up early on.
