This is the high tech testing facility for the TCN nodes, however this is also the area that kane has decided to implement his "code" into the nodes to make them able to be aligned to the Scrin Tower. Gdi have found out that something is not right and have come to investigate only to find that theres a Nod base of operations in the area, and they are what is to believed trying to take over the test facility and use it for world domination. So the battle begins, will gdi fully uncover, how,what and why Kane is changing the nodes, or will GDI and Nod just simply Crash and burn. (these events never got recorded, so we can probably tell the outcome, as kane is probably the only one that knows and colonel james suspects)
