You might notice that all minor factions in Endless Space 2 are classed as Pacifist, Pragmatist or Warmonger, and this affects what Suzerain actions you can take with them: Selective Migration, Development Grants or Train Foreign Corps. This mod takes that limitation off. With it, you'll be able to access all Suzerain actions with any Minor Faction, provided you hold the highest appeal to be able to act as their Suzerain.

Vodyani space tortilla ships

The Vodyani are an interesting race, but one of their ships is... slightly weird looking to say the least. This mod makes it the Vodyani Arks to be the way they ought to. Enhanced Beams

Beams are about to get a super overhaul with this mod. It changes their damage modifiers in a number of ways based on how far the firing ship is from its target. Close combat fire will be devastating while distance fire will be weaker. It will make for more tactical use of these weapons in order to boost your strategic considerations with the weapons.

One of the interesting facts about minor factions in Endless Space 2 is that all minor factions have a condition trait that can be exploited. One of the bizarre facts is that the Amoeba faction is the only faction that doesn't have one. This mod rights that wrong by lending the Amoeba a special new conditional trait that adds +1 influence to splicing Amoebas and +1 influence to Amoeba populations on fertile planets, making them a little more useful for diplomacy measures.
