It adds sliders for reverb and ambiance, which control certain effects like birds, water drips and machinery, as well as reverberation from gunshots and explosions--things like that. It also adds these sound effects to areas and cells, tagging them to existing cells and sounds.

This mod increases the damage dealt by weapons by 200%. This mod actually makes the game easier to play, but also far more satisfying as the player feels more like a badass when several enemies drop from headshots thanks to the VATS.
