One of the complaints leveled at Fallout 4 is that everyone seems to be damage sponges, taking an unrealistic amount of damage and still staying up. This mod increases the damage dealt by weapons by 200%. This mod actually makes the game easier to play, but also far more satisfying as the player feels more like a badass when several enemies drop from headshots thanks to the VATS.

It adds sliders for reverb and ambiance, which control certain effects like birds, water drips and machinery, as well as reverberation from gunshots and explosions--things like that. It also adds these sound effects to areas and cells, tagging them to existing cells and sounds.

One of the more frustrating issues with dialog wheels, which became popularized back in 2007 with Mass Effect, is that the brief descriptions can result in actions that were completely different than what players expected. A “Deal with it” option could, for instance, result in the player’s avatar taking a shotgun out and blowing a character away. A new mod changes all of that in Fallout 4 into a Dragon Age: Origins-style numbered dialog tree, with the first sentence of what the actual spoken dialog response actually is.

Vampirism comes to Fallout 4 in a big way. With this mod, you can become a creature of the night forced to live on the nourishing blood of other humans. Given a new blood pool meter, you can now use blood packs to sustain yourself, plant new flora that harvest blood from settlers that tend to them, or use a new attack to drain blood directly from other humans. Moreover, your level of blood affects your abilities in both buffing and penalizing ways. Become the Count of the Commonwealth, either hiding in the shadows, remaining a considerate leader, or cultivating the meat bags as the swine they are.
