The Fallout series is an exceptional tease when it comes to showing you something early that you can’t have because it’s locked behind a high level locked door or terminal. Heck, 5 minutes into Fallout 4 you find a locked case that requires Master level. With this mod you’ll never have to hold off and backtrack later again. It unlocks the perks for Master-level lockpicking and hacking regardless of level or S.P.E.C.I.A.L. point allocation. Get out there and get hacking and cracking!

Some players aren’t satisfied with existing in the year 2272. They’d rather be in the year 40,000, and this mod allows them to at least make their characters look like they just came from the distant future. This mod puts them in the armor of the Vlka Fenryka, otherwise known as Space Wolves. It will replace the player’s T51 armor.
