Now here’s a classic that’s sure to appeal to more than a few folks. Nick Valentine is a private eye with the unmistakeable style, wit, and even nearly clothing of Dick Tracy, beloved private eye of so many comics, radio shows, TV shows, and movies. With this mod you can fix that clothing part right up though. See, Dick and Nick almost looks the same, but Nick doesn’t have that trademark yellow trench coat and hat and red tie of the beloved American super sleuth. Quick retexture and there you are. Nick Tracy at your service.

Water is one of the keys of survival of Fallout, especially if you’re playing the game on Hardcore modes, and while it makes sense that the U.S. Government would be supplying water rations for its nation in the heart of war, wouldn’t it make more sense that the company that stuffed a great deal of the population into high-tech tombs during the war would also preserve water themselves? That’s why this mod gives Purified Water that fancy Vault Tech logo for cans, not to mention another brand retexture for the otherwise lackluster looking cartons of Dirty Water.

Better Wait Menu and Wait Anywhere

This mod makes a couple of changes to the wait menu. First, it can be controlled by the keyboard--pressing "a" or "d" increments the time by 12 hours back or forward, respectively. Second, the maximum time you can wait has been increased from 24 hours to 99.

Attention to detail can be important at times. Sure you’re not going to be staring at the ground too often, but if you do find yourself looking, you might find ground textures are a little blurry in Fallout 4. This mod fixes that by replacing most ground textures in the game with a new higher end and HD retexture. It even includes textures in 1K for machines that can’t handle too much at once. More to come in the future on this mod too in an effort to make all of the environmental textures just a bit more beautiful.

Yeah, the Hazmat suit in the game is realistic, but why go for realism, as this mod reskins the suit as a black, Darth Vader-like outfit that makes the Survivor a lot more threatening when strolling through the Glowing Sea.
