The Performance Enhancer won’t fix all your woes, but by removing a few fog and mist filters indoors and readjusting some plant life outdoors, this mod is sure to grant you a 2-5 FPS increase in most environments. It’s definitely a mod to consider for those who might not have the most powerful of machines to play the game on.

The Fallout series is an exceptional tease when it comes to showing you something early that you can’t have because it’s locked behind a high level locked door or terminal. Heck, 5 minutes into Fallout 4 you find a locked case that requires Master level. With this mod you’ll never have to hold off and backtrack later again. It unlocks the perks for Master-level lockpicking and hacking regardless of level or S.P.E.C.I.A.L. point allocation. Get out there and get hacking and cracking!

One of the complaints leveled at Fallout 4 is that everyone seems to be damage sponges, taking an unrealistic amount of damage and still staying up. This mod increases the damage dealt by weapons by 200%. This mod actually makes the game easier to play, but also far more satisfying as the player feels more like a badass when several enemies drop from headshots thanks to the VATS.

You'll need FOSE for this mod, as it's a plugin for that utility. This allows you to place buildings and objects anywhere you want to. This means you can place them in the air, inside other objects; wherever. It also makes scrap-only objects selectable and moveable.
