This mod adds a neat mechanic to the game: the ability to take cover. By sprinting to a wall and pressing the hotkey, you take cover behind said wall. You can then pop out and blast your enemies. Note that this only works in third person.

The Fallout series is an exceptional tease when it comes to showing you something early that you can’t have because it’s locked behind a high level locked door or terminal. Heck, 5 minutes into Fallout 4 you find a locked case that requires Master level. With this mod you’ll never have to hold off and backtrack later again. It unlocks the perks for Master-level lockpicking and hacking regardless of level or S.P.E.C.I.A.L. point allocation. Get out there and get hacking and cracking!

Fly Repellent Mod

This Fallout 4 mod adds fly repellent to the game. When used, nearby Bloodbugs, Bloatflies and Stingwings will fly away from you in fear. It is a constant effect that wears off after 20 real-life minutes (about half a day in-game).

Weapon Disarm

Now this is simply a sensible mod in numerous ways. Note that while some disarm options exist in Fallout 4, the option to shoot your opponent's weapon right out of their hands is strangely absent. With this mod, that simple feature returns. You can now target your enemy's weapon hand and disarm them, leaving them defenseless and scrambling to get their hands on it again as you gun them down!
