This mod allows you to adjust certain audio properties in-game. It adds sliders for reverb and ambiance, which control certain effects like birds, water drips and machinery, as well as reverberation from gunshots and explosions--things like that. It also adds these sound effects to areas and cells, tagging them to existing cells and sounds.

This mod re-textures the Pip Boy to have a Command & Conquer look to it, and in doing so, also gives it sort of a military feel as well. The logos of various factions will appear in the background while the Pip Boy itself is now an olive green, which has some realistic wear on the paint. The mod requires some pre-installation .ini file editing before it can be used.
