This building is based on the Grand Theft Auto IV safehouse. It's located in Freeside, right next to Mick and Ralph's. Reading the note on the door completes its unlisted quest for transferring ownership to the player.
This mod adds the Hollander Hotel and Casino, which is supposed to be haunted by evil spirits. A nearby ghoul calling himself the Sarsaparilla King may have some answers, however.
