They thought you dead and they seemingly wanted to make sure of it. After digging your way out of the grave to the surface, you find the cemetery covered in patrolling guards. You must escape, but you're still weak. Raising the alarm would be ill-advised. Find your way to the cemetery gate and leave your grave and these goons behind.
