Blood and viscera is a great effect, but it's not everything. For those who scoff at the bloodshed in Conan, this is a solid mod, it replaces the blood smear on your injured hero with sweat glistens to give you a beautiful sheen the more damage you take. Furthermore, it actually goes out to get rid of that pesky blood smear on the screen when you take damage, keeping your vision unobscured for combat.
