1. Uniform cost/nr of charges (with 2 exeptions)
2. 4th level as repeatable project for all artifacts
3. Disabled Arnor Embers, Matryoska Forge & Precognition Sensor
4. Dimensional Mirror, revels about x5 bigger area
5. Echoing Hartstone, Influence, 10K -> 5K
6. Nano Fabricator, 25 -> 250 planet social production
7. Motivation Helix, 500 -> 1000 shipyard production
8. Klin of Worlds, 5 -> 8 class planet
9. Infinate astrocompas, +1 -> +3 movement
Currently tested for v3.7 with all major expansions.
