This mod lets you build pre-defined groups of stuctures to make base building/ establishing firebases etc. quickly and efficiently. With the mod enabled you simply select a builder unit and move your mouse to the far right of the screen, a menu appears showing the available groups of buildings it can make. Moving the cursor over an icon , reveals the building group name. Once you've selected the one you want you simply place it on a large enough piece of buidable land
