Download Intelligence Overhaul 1.21

This mod overhauls intelligence. It used to be called "Better Intelligence", so if you are using and like that mod, I recommend you upgrade to this version. This mod does many things to change intelligence, including learning from book reading, learn more from trainers and skill effect changes.
