This is part 4 of a reduction pack for Qarls' Texture Pack III. Use this if your Graphics card can't quite handle the strain of QTPIII. It is modular, so keep adding these reduction packs until you get acceptable framerates. Even fully reduced, it is nicer looking than vanilla Oblivion textures, especially at medium or small texture size.
