This is a big mod which has been in previous editions of The Witcher. Using dozens of new meshes and textures, thousands of lines of code (in over 60 files), and more XML edits than can be counted, this mod overhauls and tweaks all of the weapons, armor, combat and skills in the game. It even re-balances the economy and adds new craftable armor.
