Download Toxic Gas Cloud Fix Mod

This mod will probably prove to be temporary, but as of this writing it is valid. The developers messed up with their 1.11 patch, removing the poisonous trait of toxic gas clouds. Also, with the latest patch, they no longer cause damage when they explode. This mod corrects that.
