This is a total overhaul of TES IV: Oblivion. The mod makes changes to just about everything in the game (except races). There are new NPC's and creatures, settings changes, leveled list changes and much, much more. If you ever played Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul, you will love this mod. It's an updated, enhanced version of OOO, but it is customizable down to just about everything. The changes it makes are done through scripts, so very little is permanent.
