When playing No Man's Sky, many of you will notice many differences from the trailers. One of them is the graphical changes to the elemental resource icons in your menu. If you preferred the more novel periodic table icons that existed in the trailers, you can now bring them to the game! This mod will change all resource element icons to fit a periodic table counterpart, including the fictional elements and those not seen in the trailer.

Jurassic Park Mod (Creatures) (Environment) (Unpacked) (UR3)

No Man's Sky was sold to all of us on a promise of exploring worlds with larger than life creatures upon them. Unfortunately, the reality of the game is that you usually bump into small insects and medium mammals wherever you go. To heck with that. This mod makes dinosaurs and prehistoric creatures more common, making the universe a veritable safari of mammoth and daunting monsters, the way it ought to be.

Refresh Icons Menu

This mod is an ongoing project aimed at refreshing almost all of the menu icons throughout No Man's Sky. From ship, multi-tool, and exosuit icons to icons that can be seen on the regular interface, this mod introduces new art that fits the overall theme of the game on nearly every front and looks more visually appealing than those found in the vanilla interface. Eventually, just about every icon in the game will be reworked into a better, more interesting form, but the mod already includes a massive slew of updates to many of the menus and HUDs the player will see.

Just Binoculars

This mod is simple, yet might be aesthetically pleasing to many players. It replaces the regular zooming binocular scanner with an actual binocular lens effect. In addition to this effect, there are a few options to play with the clarity of the binoculars when the player looks through them running from clean to dirty and gritty for that weathered and long traveled effect.

ShipSwap

You'll spend a lot of time in No Man's Sky looking at your same boring ship for long periods of time, mostly because getting a new ship costs an arm and a leg. No matter. if you can't get a new ship, just change the appearance of your current one (other other beings ships for that matter). This mod allows you to change the look of yours and other ships to any one of the basic ship classes, including dropships, fighters, science vessels, and shuttles. It's purely aesthetic, but it just might stave off the boredom of seeing your same ship over and over again.

This No Man's Sky mod adds various tweaks to fauna. Creatures spawn farther apart, but farther from the player and in denser groups. Big creatures are more common. Predators are more common, but less likely to attack the player.

The icons are a little boring in No Man's Sky. They do their job okay, but they're pretty much bland, not to mention obstructive to the visuals of the game. This mod is aimed at making them a little bit more visually appealing, as well as more transparent so as to not clutter up your screen with annoyingly bold markers.

In No Man's Sky, you will spend a grand majority of your time digging around planets, constantly refreshing the resources you need to fuel up your equipment and ship for travel and survival. Then there's the task of finding all the pieces for upgrades to anything. It's a repetitive chore. Well, no longer! This mod will allow you to refuel anything that needs refueling and craft upgrades for free! Just because you're in the reaches of space doesn't mean you should have to be a constant slave to resource grinding.
