This little mod makes the flashlight have a special animation attached to it, like in PPx. It flickers once a while to give the user the feeling his flashlight is broken/battery is empty.

These are experimental changes to pistol damage, let me know how they go. I'm trying my hand here at adding a new variable to bullets, increasing their bleeding rather than simply increasing their damage.
