This little angel can be your best friend or your worst enemy. It's all on you. This mod introduces Sariel as a new familiar. It will follow you around, judging your actions. If you make a deal with the devil, Sariel will punish you and become a boss. However, if you're heart remains pure, Sariel will reward you with three soul hearts and an eternal heart, or an angel collectible if your health is full following each floor.

Here's a little deal to tease your tastes and luck if you will. The ritual offers up a new event/quest in the basement. You'll collect blood shards from the bosses of each floor. Once you have enough, deliver them to a new circle of invocation where you can claim some light rewards, or take on one of two new bosses for a unique challenge and a chance at something more valuable. Will you play it safe or take on the challenge of the ritual?

It's a little odd that Afterbirth enemies would appear in non-Afterbirth floors isn't it? May you care and maybe you don't, but for those who do, here's a solid fix. This mod reverts all Afterbirth enemies on normal floors to their normal non-Afterbirth variants. Afterbirth enemies will still appear on Afterbirth floors, but now there will be less cross-up of content.

This one gives Mimics a tell to distinguish them from the real prizes. Mimics will have a blinking eye in the keyhole and be slightly more red than other chests. Rainmaker, Playable Character

Here comes the rain and it's going to be a storm. This mod brings Rainmaker to your game with an incredibly unique way to play. Instead of shooting tears directly, Rainmaker spawns them on either side of himself for as long as you hold the button. He'll spawn up to three on either side for a total of six. Once you let go, they'll target the nearest enemy and make a beeline to do damage. This character works with tons of the weapons in the game as well. Make up to six homing geysers of blood or fling up to six of Mom's Knives at offending foes for heavy burst damage!

Now this is exactly what it claims to be and it's shockingly accurate and fun. With this mod, upon spawn you will be transported to a maze where you must collect all the pellets and fruit while avoiding the ghosts. Collect power pellets to devour the ghosts and send them packing! Honestly a surprisingly charming and creative rendition of Pacman for the Binding of Isaac style. Comes complete with arcade UI to match the game. Can you beat your high score?

There are few things as soul-crushing in Binding of Isaac than a cruddy room built to damage you that simply must be traversed in order to proceed. It's time to check these awful rooms at the door. This mod goes through and rearranges many of these nasty rooms in order to make them passable without taking damage. The threat isn't entirely removed, but at least it's not going to 100% ruin you without fail.

Lil Vis may not look like much - It is a disembodied torso after all - but it sure does pack a punch! This mod adds the Lil Vis familiar. Once gained, this little pal will float around, opening up and shooting blood beams at any enemies unfortunate enough to walk into its line of sight. Bring them into range and let Lil Vis rip!
