Nothing like a little sacrifice to get to where you're going right? This mod adds the Satanic Ritual that allows you to sacrifice your familiars to the devil to receive devil items. What you get depends on what and how much you sacrifice. Give up a holy familiar and the devil will be overjoyed, rewarding you even further. Sure you'll be no better than Mom, but it's survival down here... right?

Straight out of his role in fellow hard-as-nails game The End of Nigh comes the enigmatic and creepy Ash! This mod makes Ash a selectable character. Select him and you'll start with black hearts, bombs, a How to Jump manual, and a Cartridge! Hopefully Ash will have better luck here than in his own unforgiving world.

Better Boss Bar

  • 9 downloads

The boss bars in Binding of Isaac have always been minimal at best, leaving you guessing even with a visual clue there on the screen at how far you have to go with any given enemy. This mod aims to make the boss bars a little more visually appealing and take the guesswork out a bit. The graphic is filled instead of opaque and includes notched segments of health for your convenience.

Ever want to see what you're getting out of your items? Do you want to see how effective you are in any given scenario? Well now you can. This Potato is like a crash test dummy that will help you measure your damage per second. Just aim at it for a second, let a rip and it will accurately let you know what kind of damage you're dishing out in real time. Pretty handy for practice.

Warden

A warden knows their way around a locked facility and this one is no different. With this mod, the Warden becomes playable with his own unique attacks and a cool set of new items for him. The Warden's tears are keys that can open doors, but not gold chests. Meanwhile all key pick-ups are now damage up items, forcing you to consider the trade between the contents of a chest and your current attack power. Finally, the Escape Key and Panic Key come to the game as new and cool items that just might save you in a pickle. The Panic Key can do nothing or might affect all enemies with a random status while the Escape Key has a chance of opening all doors when the Warden is hit.

Will she retain her purity and ascend to the mightiest of holy forms or succumb to temptation and become a cursed being of strength and terror? You decide. Angela comes with new items and her own mechanics based on various features of the game, making her a unique challenge well outside the norm.

Luck-based Coins

Wish luck meant a little more wealth in your short life? Well now it will. This mod allows you to gain a bonus chance at valuable coins based off how many points are in your luck stat. Keep your rabbit's foot handy and you just might score the pot of gold at the end of this dank, musty rainbow.

Morph

Is he a boy or a monster? One things certain. He's definitely a half-wit. Morph was an experiment gone wrong. He's not smart and he is always half-hearted, but studying enemies allows him to take on aspects of them and strengthen himself. Take on bugs and sprout flies or take on skeletons and project their bones. Every splice makes Morph stronger. Perhaps he can become a daunting killing machine if he can survive long enough.

Are you packing a ton of modded gear, but just find yourself getting the standard fare a little too often for your liking? Then this might lend a hand. It boosts the chance of modded items appearing to two times the normal rate. Everything you have in your collection of mods has a better chance of appearing while everything normal will take a bit more of a backseat in comparison.
