If you're familiar with Oblivion modding, then you're familiar with Oscuro's Oblivion Overhaul (OOO). But OOO never touched the Shivering Isles. Well, it HADN'T touched the Isles. Now, with this mod, many of the great features of OOO have been extended into the realm of Sheogorath. This means weapon and item rebalance, enemy spawns and variety, and even the great "Harvest Containers" has been applied to all containers in the Isles. This is a must for those that run OOO.
