Belt-Fastened Quivers

  • [Mod]
  • Posted over 9 years ago
  • 2 downloads

This is a simple mod, but a good one nonetheless. It repositions all quivers around the belt to be more backpack friendly, repositions sheathed bows and changes animations to fit the new positions. With it, backpacked gear and animations won't clip and your archers will look proper in most circumstances, keeping the immersion of the game intact.

In a world as beautiful and outdoorsy as Skyrim is, weather effects are everything. From a bright, sunny day to the darkest of fogs, these effects bring a new dimension of life to Skyrim. This mod aims to enhance that feeling even further than ever before. The weather effects receive an overhaul that brings an all new higher quality to their overall visual aesthetic, immersing you in the natural life of Skyrim like never before.

Wet and Cold

  • [Mod]
  • Posted over 9 years ago
  • 2 downloads

This mod is multifunctional. Simply put, it adds numerous visual, auditory, and AI effects based upon weather. Has a character gotten wet? Then the water will drip off of them. Is it cold? You'll see their breath. Is there a blizzard? Then it will be hard for you and them to see and the wind will howl. Of course if the weather's bad, they might just go inside like a sane person would. With this mod, a lot of appropriate properties come into play regarding behavior and physical effects with the weather.

Do you ever look at your character delivering a devastating cinematic finishing blow to your unfortunate enemies and think, "gosh, I wish I could control when that happens so I could see cool deathblows at my leisure." Well this is the mod for you, you murderous maniac. This mod allows several options that will let you raise the rate at which animated killing moves are performed on weakened enemies. Enjoy the glory of the slaughter when you want it instead of when the game says you can have it.

The plains foliage of Skyrim will never look better.

Realistic Ragdolls and Force

  • [Mod]
  • Posted over 9 years ago
  • 1 download

Tired of seeing characters go flying through the environment like pumpkins launched out of a catapult from pretty much any attack? This mod works to tone things down a bit and supply some realistic physics to the game. Simply put, an attack like the unrelenting force shout or a heavy hit from a large hammer will still send enemies flying while a dagger stab or a stealth arrow will not. Each ragdoll launch is appropriately balanced to ensure a realistic consideration of force applied from whatever source of damage delivers it.

If you've ever gotten the vibe that there should be something in a strangely empty space in Skyrim, you just might be right. Turns out a lot of quests, NPCs, and items were left out of the final game. Well, not anymore. This mod brings most of the cut content back to Skyrim and finishes it where applicable to make the game even more complete even according to the original intentions.
