That's a darn nice house you've gained for yourself from your journeys (or our mods). It's a real shame that despite it's beauty inside and out, there's no one to run things, keep them tidy, and serve you with amenities when you return. At least, not without this mod. It features immersive recruitment. You can hire NPCs to look after numerous functions in any of your player homes and they'll set up shop in a jiffy. Not only that, but this mod takes NPC skills into consideration. Only blacksmiths can work your home smithey and only apothecaries can be your home herbalist. A very well done follower mod.
