The trophy bonuses in The Witcher 3 were kind of wanting. I mean they are there, technically there is a bonus, but the reward were just plain. If you agree, then check this mod out. It replaces all trophy bonuses with unique rewards for each trophy as well as a 5% damage bonus when fighting enemies of the same type.

You can visit Places of Power in The Witcher 3 in order to receive temporary buffs to your skills and magic abilities, but they don’t tend to last very long. Essentially, you get into a cycle of running over to these areas before every boss encounter, which is a bit tedious.
