German Version Robots

If you had the German version of Turok: Dinosaur Hunter on N64, you might recognize these chrome cronies. They were swap outs for a few enemies in that version of the game. However, if you'd like to be able to battle these mechano-foes in your game regardless, now you can. This mod adds the robotic enemies from the German version of the game as regular enemies in the remastered Turok: Dinosaur Hunter.

Enhanced Movement Controls

Tired of having to deal with somewhat sloppy movement controls in Turok? Want it to be a bit more tight and similar to other such first-person shooters? This mod makes some changes to ensure just that. Strafing moves as fast as forward/backward movement, jumping, landing, and stopping are no longer stiff, and players can now free swim in all directions just to name a few.

Better Ammo v2

This mod is aimed at updating various features of ammo across most weapons in Turok in order to make things a little more sensible. Assault Rifles now have their own ammo, most ammo capacities are upgraded with backpacks, and shot gun shell boxes now fully refill your shotgun ammo, just to name a few in this comprehensively great ammo update.

Tired of looking at the same tired old graphic over and over again when you approach any loading screen in Turok? Now you don't have to deal with it. This removes the graphic in favor of a simple black loading screen. For those of you that are sick of looking at the cover art on a regular basis, this is a novel solution.

Turok+ Addon - AR Tracers

This is another add-on for the Turok+ mod which can also be found in our collection. With this mod, the first round of every assault rifle burst is a tracer round that shows you exactly where your bullets are landing when you fire. Slightly helpful for honing in on your enemies, whether close or at range.

If you're finding the constant footstep sound of your character just a little annoying after a while, there's finally a solution. This mod removes it outright, letting you kill dinosaurs in peace without having to listen to yourself stop around like an ogre.

This is a fine mixing of two classics into one neat mod. With this one, the DOOM II weapon sound effects are used in place of many of the applicable weapons in Turok. Classic nostalgia collides with an even more classic taste to offer up a rather cool mixed audio experience.
